"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. "Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access! "
