Welcome to Casa Maria Luisa in Manilva. With 204 m² of space, this villa blends Mediterranean style with modern comfort. It's perfect for families and groups seeking peace, luxury, and stunning views. The highlight is the spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, and the African coast. Three terraces offer sun or shade at any time of day.



The layout is flexible: the main house comfortably sleeps 6 with a full kitchen, living room with Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For groups up to 8, the lower-floor studio is available—a bright apartment with its own bathroom, living area with views, and fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for privacy within your group or multigenerational stays.



Comfort is assured: in 2025, new, efficient air conditioning will be installed in all rooms. Outside, the communal pool (open year-round) features saltwater chlorination, perfect for sensitive skin and children. Families have access to a crib, high chair, toys, and a relaxing whirlpool bathtub. Washer and dryer are available. For safety, there are alarm cameras in the house and studio; these remain off and covered during your stay. Parking is available on the property or free on the street.



The location is ideal: various beaches, the marinas of La Duquesa and Sotogrande (restaurants and bars), supermarkets, and golf courses (La Duquesa, Sotogrande) are just a short drive away. For excursions, Estepona is 20 minutes, Marbella and Gibraltar are 45 minutes by car.
