Cozy, humble cottage (250sqft) with large shared backyard, firepits (complimentary firewood), community grill & outdoor bar, and covered porch to look out on beautiful and historic Valcour Island. Hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, Ausable Chasm, and downtown Plattsburgh all less than 15 minutes away. Relaxing getaway with lovely views of the lake. Cute location, could be cleaner

Location was great, water side, peaceful, great outdoor amenities. This interior needs some attention - shower pan grout was black, bathroom mirror coated in some type of film, no washcloth, no extra towels, dead insects on window sills and in cookware. Also, the listing should be updated - no restaurant within a "3 min walk"But, again, the property and exterior amenities like chairs, fireplaces, hammock were fantastic and the view was incredible
