"Nice, if somewhat outdated hotel. The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. I can't say the same about the breakfast staff, that also has the most disappointing food of my trip."

"The hotel was being renovated, and this was not noted on the Expedia Website when we booked. We checked into our room, unpacked and found that the TV did not work. They were unable to fix it and we had to move to another room - fortunately it was next door. We were traveling with other family members and had a total of 4 rooms - all of us had issues with our key cards not working and had to have them replaced a few times over 2 days. One room was right over the front doors and our family could hear the doors open and close all night. When returning from an event around 11pm there was a fire behind the hotel. We brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and were told that the "construction workers are having a cookout"...at 11pm! There were other hotels in this area and I regret my decision to stay here."

"Stayed here for 3 days while visiting friends in Denver area. In a convenient location. Trader Joe’s close by as well as many other shops/restaurants. Traveled with husband, 2 y/o and 4 y/o. House was great for little kids, they definitely enjoyed the play room. The pool was nice to have, just need to be careful with littles as big drop off back deck to pool so just need to have close eyes on them but really appreciated alarm and lock on back door so we knew they wouldn’t escape out there unattended. Nice stay close to many different Denver area attractions!"

"The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice."

"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"
