"The outside of the home was not maintained very well, but the inside was. However, we did come across a black spider in the main shower, which was fine, but then when we had the spiders crawling across the pillows in one of the bedrooms that made us really uncomfortable. I did bring it to the owner’s attention and she just apologized and said she’d call someone to come out and spray. For what we paid, we shouldn’t have had to deal with spiders, especially in the bed."

"We had wonderful stay at Christine’s place. The backyard is an awesome space and we really enjoyed spending time outside. It also gave us peace of mind to let our dog out in a safe, fenced in area. We are preparing to move to the area and the Christine’s property was a great home-base for our house search. Close to multiple parks, trails, restaurants and downtown Littleton. Loved that we could host a backyard BBQ dinner for family members who live nearby. The grill worked perfect! "
