"In my opinion the hotel did not deliver a 5 star experience. Positives: Great views! Our Junior Suite with Seaview was pleasantly spacious and so was the terrace. Both pool areas are elegant, pretty as a picture and very clean. Negatives: We were left waiting to check in with no explanation- it was not busy. We were so tired and it was a horrible feeling being left there for no obvious reason. Not much information was provided during the check in ( later- no directory in the room, no barcode with info to scan). One day our room was not cleaned. Then on other days cleaning products or cloths were left behind in the room. Breakfest does not offer a 5 star variety or richness. Parking is a nightmare ( also a weird practice of being asked to leave the key with the reception, on days we found parking our car was then moved outside the compound few times by the staff). There are residential homes on the compound (very strange). Hotel seems to operate as a restaurant- lots of outside guests. Giant crane outside was waking us up almost every day around 8am. The hotel won the lottery with the location and their gorgeous outside space makes full advantage of it. If you want few pretty snaps it's worth it. If you want a 5 star capsule experience it is not the place."

"Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are incredible incredibly helpful and nice. Our first night the air conditioning wasn't working in our room and the manager quickly tried to have it fixed and when that didn't work they put us in a gorgeous new room. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. We will be back!"

"The hotel and the staff were perfect, the rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were changed during a 3 night stay. The breakfast was 10/10. You couldn’t really ask for more. The only personal downside was there was no pool but the beach is literally on the door step"

" My partner and I could not recommend this hotel enough! It is beautifully decorated,perfectly located and have a great staff. The moment we stepped into the beautifully decorated reception, we were met by Sebastian who was very friendly.He told us everything we needed for our stay, gave us a glass of fizz whilst he dealt with the paperwork. Without prompting,he arranged for us to have a packed breakfast for our early departure delivered to our room the night before!! They made a massive effort to know our itinerary before we had even arrived. We later met Tatyana who works in the bar/restaurant.Believe me, we tried cocktails at several places and turns out we just needed to go down stairs for the best from Tatyana.They have a rooftop pool which was on the 4th floor where we could even order our cocktails and get them brought up to the pool area whilst we sat in the cool water admiring the beautiful view.Absolute bliss!! The next day we met Lenka who worked at reception. She helped us with a couple of minor queries and once again she could not have gone anymore out of her way to make us happy. My partners birthday was during our stay and they surprised us with a bottle of fizz,chocolate and a lovely note which was left in our room.We really appreciated it. To sum up, if you want a beautifully decorated hotel, with wonderful staff that give a personal touch,good food and delicious cocktails,this hotel is where you need to go.
