"Wow, well where to start. This hotel is above and beyond! The staff cannot do enough to help and make your stay brilliant. We stayed here for two weeks and during this time it was my partner’s birthday. I asked Dani, a gentleman on reception if he could possibly put some balloons and banners out that I’d brought with me whilst we were out in the day and he went above and beyond organising a bottle of cava and a birthday cake with a personalised note! "Well situated hostel next to town center. I stayed there for 6 nights and could easily transfer to various parts of the island by transport as it is 10 15 minutes to the main bus station. 2 3 minutes to market and various shops and restaurants. Room is not big but it has everything I needed, including AC and a good TV. Overall would stay again, very good value for money."

"It was a lovely hotel in the middle of Mahon and the room was spacious and with double shower and double sink features and a large jacuzzi style bath also. The pool at the top of the hotel was a lovely area to chill out. Staff were very helpful too. "

"We stayed during 3 nights so we opted for the apartment versus Capri, sister apartment next door. It was clean with lots is space however one set of pillows smelled stale and not laundered. The staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to have access to the pool but apartments do not include pool, breakfast or snack bar access. Overall, good stay. "

"Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido. Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking. "Location easy few minutes walk from BUS station Amazing service and always helpful reception people. There was absolutely No problem to get the room we ask for with city view and away from elevator. Ready when we arrived – in room there even was a note (sorry it was only written in Spanish which we did NOT familiar with, but the thought was nice at least. After check-in we were show the “Green room” and was explaining the amazing system with too much FREE stuff like Wine and Beer from everyday 2pm to 6am next day. May I suggest some reduction of service here …. Why many pax cannot behave themselves when they got to much of … inside. 2 hours ex from 15-17 (3-5pm) should more than fine with the wine and beer for FREE. Same with the NICE food and soup FREE in the green room. A 5 star coffee machine for all kind of coffee (self service) was also FREE. Reception always 2-3 pax there with help for all kind of question I did have. ONE small complain – Iron board I was borrowed was really useless – just let you know. "
