COMFORTABLE FAMILY CHALET, NATURE PARK OF CHARTREUSE, PEACE AND NATURE

Welcome to the Chartreuse Natural Park! On the Plateau des Petites Roches, 30km from Grenoble and Chambéry, 1,000 m above sea level, we offer a family chalet that can accommodate from 4 to 14 people, completely renovated, all comfort, well exposed and quiet. Balcony and terrace, with a beautiful view of the Belledonne Massif and the Corniche de la Chartreuse. Electric heating + retractable insert fireplace with heat recovery; firewood available. Wifi, many board games and books.

The gite is made up of a main part (120m²): 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, American kitchen and large living-dining room of 60m² + a semi-independent apartment (40 m²) on the ground floor garden, served by an internal staircase: 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with WC, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. the rental is not divisible. It is not possible to have noisy parties.

Rental of the house on weekends outside school holidays only: 400 €. Weekly rental: from 650 € to 1400 € depending on the period.

Close proximity to the COL / MARCIEU summer / winter resort. Do not hesitate to visit their website.

Séjour idéal au calme avec une vue magnifique sur Belledonne Chalet familial confortable très bien équipé (rien ne manque)Nous le recommandons à ceux qui apprécient la vie à la montagne loin du tumulte et du snobisme.

Formidable

Le chalet est très agréable, spacieux, ensoleillé et très bien équipé. Nous y etions 8 et très à l’aise. Propriétaires sympathiques et très réactifs.De nombreuses randonnées sont possibles mais il faut faire un peu de voiture.

séjour d'été dans chalet de montagne

La maison est bien équipée. Il y avait meme des kits rasoir (trés pratique quand on l'a oublié!). Finalement, on a pu faire des courses à proximité (petit supermarché à St Hilaire peut être à préciser dans l'annonce). Les lits sont confortables et c'est vraiment calme avec une vue trés belle.

Séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine . Je recommande vivement . Le chalet est spacieux ( nous étions 7 adultes et 2 adolescents )et très bien équipé, la literie très confortable et une superbe vue sur la chaîne de belledone. Tout est pensé pour se ressourcer . L’accueil est très chaleureux et échanges très sympathiques avec les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Très beau chalet avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un chalet où tout est pensé et prévu pour le confort de chacun. Chalet spacieux : on était 9 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge et n'étions pas les uns sur les autres; équipement au top; de la vaisselle de qualité et en nombre ; cheminée fermée pour de belles flambées ; literie confortable; et des jeux pour grands et petits... il y a même des ampoules, des bougies, des piles de secours... et une trousse à couture ... des petites attentions très rares dans les locations! Excellent contact avec la personne qui accueille sur place et des échanges très agréables avec la propriétaire. Le chalet est d'autre part bien situé proche du col de Marcieu et des stations de ski familiales. La vue sur le Gredivaudan et le massif de Belledone est prodigieuse. Tout pour des vacances réussies!

Vue extraordinaire

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Nous avons profité de la neige les premiers jours puis des nombreux jeux de société et des chemins de randonnée ensuite. Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire pour organiser notre séjour et répondre aux aléas. Merci

Très bon séjour entre amis !

Le gîte est spacieux.et très bien équipé. La vue est incroyable ! A proximité : accrobranche, VTT, rando, cascade...et échange très sympa avec les propriétaires. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis.

Un séjour parfait!

On a particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement du chalet proche des activités de neige , le grand champ attenant propice aux parties de luge et les terrasses pour les bains de soleil avec vue imprenable sur le massif de belledone L’aménagement adapté à la cohabitation de 4 couples( le 5ème couple ayant expérimenté la chambre avec 2 lits superposés)le matériel de cuisine en quantité et une fabuleuse armoire à jeu Le bémol le règlement des 6 buches utilisées durant le séjour qui pourraient être offertes au vu du tarif de l’hébergement...

Parfait chalet pour séjour en famille

Le chalet est parfaitement situé entre plusieurs petites stations de tailles suffisantes pour s'amuser avec les petits et les grands. Il est très bien equipé et surtout en quantité suffisante pour le nombre de personne. Le chalet est propre et la procédure d'accueil et de départ est simple, efficace et faite avec le sourire.

Une bonne idée de séjour d'été pour des marcheurs

Une belle propriété, propre, harmonieuse et très bien aménagée, avec vue magnifique que le massif de Belledonne. Des villages et commerces en aval, ainsi que des départs de balade à proximité mais surtout dans la vallée voisine de la Chartreuse. Intéressante pour la randonnée et le tourisme, limitée quant à l'espace autour du chalet.

Geweldige woning met indrukwekkend uitzicht

We hebben twee weken lang met volle teugen genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning. Vanaf het balkon heb je een overweldigend uitzicht op het massief van de Belledonne. Opzij en achter kijk je tegen de machtige rotswanden van de Chartreuse aan. Vanuit of in de buurt van het huis zijn mooie wandelingen te maken. De steile klim naar de Aulp du Seuil en het Croix de l'Alpe direct achter het huis is een aanrader! Het huis zelf is eenvoudig ingericht, maar wel heel compleet. Veel keukenapparatuur waar je gemak van hebt. Veel gezelschapsspellen en een houtkachel voor de regenachtige dagen of koude avonden. Het contact met de eigenaren uit Zwitserland verliep heel soepel. We kregen snel antwoorden op onze vragen. Veel waar voor een heel nette prijs.

Très bel endroit

L’endroit est parfait pour se retrouver en famille. La vue est magnifique! La maison est très bien équipée. Je vais réserver pour l’année prochaine !!!
