Excellent location in old town and a host who communicates very well. The room was very clean and modern and had excellent soundproofing. The street is filled with charming restaurants. The discounted breakfast at Cafe Festival using a voucher was a highlight.

The flat is absolutely gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. Amazing location and amenities. Highly recommended.

Great location.

The Guesthouse Forty Four is a wonderful location to stay in the heart of Old town Dubrovnik. The manager and the staff treated us like family during our six day stay, nothing was too much trouble. The manager even invited us to his 40th Birthday. My wife and I have travelled for many years now and have stayed at some wonderful hotels throughout the world however the staff at Guesthouse Forty Four made our stay memorable and I would have to put this guesthouse at the top of my list of places...

the appartement was loacted in a wonderful location offering ease of access to attratctions. The appartment itself is small and full of fixtures and furnishings (unnecessary clutter) making a small apparment more small. With two suit cases it was very tight. We stayed in appartment 4, the room with t he views, just need to consider the steps.

Perfect place to stay if arriving by ferry or bus. Easy walk. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Up a lane off Main Street so very quiet. Great family run business with warm welcome.

I liked the accessibility to the City town of Dubrovnik. Nice accommodation and very cosy and comfortable

Home away from home in Dubrovnik Old Town. This apartment was amazing for a UNESCO listed property. The managers were very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The amenities and little extras were very welcome. Would happily stay here again.

A fantastic location and large rooms right in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The room facilities were excellent. The only issue for some would be the stairs to negotiate with bags but the staff assisted which made it much easier. We were able to leave our bags before the room was ready and the restaurant downstairs is a must.

Great host, fantastic location, and extremely clean. We would strongly consider staying here again if we come back to Dubrovnik.

Darija was absolutely amazing. From a very late booking, to getting lost and being slightly stressed when i arrived, Darija was so kind and wonderfully welcoming. Everything was amazingly immaculate with so many thoughtful touches and in such a wondeful location. Highly recomend and would happily stay again.

Fabulously located centrally in the old town. Pick up service was sensational- first time a driver was actually at the airport to meet us AND also on the other end someone was waiting to take us through the old town to the hotel. All of the staff were very warm and especially made our daughter feel welcome. Beautiful town and would recommend staying here.

Highly recommended! We loved staying here. It had everything we needed and was clean. Air conditioning worked great, mini fridge and freezer, nice balcony and a double bed in the room. Location was aroind 15-20 minutes walk from the bus station or 25-30 minutes walk to old town. Supermarkets and bakery nearby less than 4 mins walk. Great place to stay and the shared bathroom facilities were clean and great water pressure and wifi worked perfect.

Cool concept - GoT themed rooms. It’s a modern guesthouse so your conveniences are to be found out in the corridor. Check in and check out involved calling the owner who was gracious on both occasions. Great location, just outside old town.

Great location close to port, very clean & restaurant amazing food! Would absolutely recommend this hotel 💯
