"Perfect spot for a couple to check out Edisto Beach. It’s in a gated resort, not on the beach. It’s would be great if you’re a golfer as there’s a golf course that winds throughout the property. We rented bikes one day(40 per person) but didn’t do the day pass for the pool and other amenities (85 per person per day). The bed was very comfortable and the property was in very good condition, with the exception of the back patio, which needs a bit of love. Also, the owners need to resupply the place. There was only a half roll of toilet paper, one kitchen towel, one pot holder, and no access to a broom. If there was a broom I would have cleaned the patio for them."

"Excellent communication with the owner.Comfortable beds; kitchen well-equipped.During our stay, I communicated to the owner that there was no dishwasher soap, and I was unable to successfully unlock the cabinets that may have had some in them.There was a scrub brush, but no sponges or dishwashing cloth. No dish towels.It might be helpful to understand that while this unit is considered a "second-story" unit, there are also four sets of steps to get to the unit. It's quite a challenge to get up to the "second story," and if you have a bad knee or other mobility issues, getting up to the unit could be difficult, if not impossible. As renters, the putt-putt course and pool are not included in the rental fee, and you must purchase the right to use both. There are no outside electrical outlets, so if you have an electric scooter or bike, you must carry it up to the rental to charge it.We left on Thursday, but Wednesday evening, Netflix stopped working entirely, and we were unable to log onto any other streaming service. We were midway through a show when the screen went dark and became inaccessible afterward."
