"Main positive is the location and the view - well worth paying for the lake view. Rooms are large and ok. Overall hotel a bit scruffy - paint scuffed, carpets with holes in, corridors not very clean. "The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. "For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding to return and a lack of instructions or help with issues. People were friendly and helpful when available, but I think the lack of services and self-preparation should be made clearer on the booking."
