Hôtel très bien placé malheureusement aucune explication lors de la prise de la chambre sur par exemple les horaires pour le petit déjeuner. Seule remarque à laquelle j’ai eu le droit fut mon arrivée en avance sur l’horaire prévu. Je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre avec du café et des petits gâteaux mais aucune bouilloire et aucun verre pour en profiter. La chambre n’avait donc pas été vérifiée en amont. La salle de bain avait de la moisissure au plafond et l’odeur était désagréable. Je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre prévue à la base pour des personnes à mobilité réduite donc les wc était très haut la glace pour se maquiller très basse. Si j’avais trop d’avance j’aurai préféré qu’on me fasse patienter mais qu’on me propose une chambre adaptée. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais il n’y avait pas trop de choix cependant au vu du prix il est en accord.

A fuire, très cher. Entretien et propreté a revoir. Le ménage est tellement bien fait et vérifier que des taches dans la literie et des champignons poussent dans les sanitaires

les chambres étaient froide, le chauffage ne marchait pas. Il faisait 15°c dans la chambre et en prime il manquait un morceau à la porte de ma chambre qui laissé passer l'air froid.

Avant la réservation nous avions demandé à avoir une chambre avec un petit jardin et cela n'a pas été respecté... dommage...de plus nous avons trouvé à plusieurs reprises des poils et des toiles d'araignée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés au deuxième étage avec une vu sur le parking donc nous avons été réveillé très tôt le matin par des gens qui parlaient fort.

Hôtel bien placé dans les Yvelines. Pratique d’accès. Pas beaucoup de choses autour. Pas de restauration. L’hôtel est un peu ancien pour les parties communes. En revanche un personnel très agréable, serviable et une chambre confortable.

Literie correcte mais hôtel très bruyant. Volets à réparer car ils ne peuvent pas etre accrochés. Lumiere du couloir qui passe au niveau de la chambre, d'où aucune pénombre. Lavabo légèrement bouché et chasse d'eau qui coule. Rien pour tenir le pommeau de douche. A 8h45, petit dejeuner très simpliste. Plus de pain, un seul pain au chocolat, panière de croissante emportée pour seminaire,... on reste sur sa faim.

About Sure Hotel

A very real warm welcome from “Kevin” the receptionist, he was a very good helper even help my friend and l to choose something to eat around Plaisir. He deserves a bonus for doing a very good job very friendly.

Bon séjour

Arrivée tardive à l'hôtel. Personne à la réception très accueillante. Installation sans problème. Nuit calme. Par contre notre chambre était près de l'accueil au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons été réveillé par les allers et venus dans le couloir.

Manque de prises

Il n'y a qu'un petit problème une manque des prises de courant autour du lit.Possédant un appareil pour l'apnée du sommeil aucun prise au tête de lit si vous n'avez pas de rallonge se n'est pas possible car prises sous la télévision
