We didn't have any direct communication with the host. All our communication was between VRBO and AvantStay, and it was excellent. The home was exactly as advertised. The property was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, cozy, not overwhelming. The property had many ammenities toiletries, linens, comfortable beds.
