"The room was lovely, well-decorated, and very clean, with a comfortable sitting area. The whole property is lovely. The breakfast room and lounge area are also beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The highlight of the inn, in my opinion, is the service. The staff is warm and accommodating. You are given such attention. Our room included a complimentary bottle of wine, and the inn also offered a complimentary cocktail and cognac tasting (plenty of non-alcoholic options as well). When we were looking for sightseeing options and restaurant recommendations, they were provided. We hope to be able to return."

"Don't be dissuaded by the fact that this used to be an old hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed. The lobby is reminiscent of an Art Deco bar in Miami. Pony up to the bar for a crafted cocktail or morning cappuccino. Berkshires Untold is just five minutes from the shops and restaurants in Lenox and a short distance to Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Lee and Stockbridge."

"There was plenty of adequate and safe parking at Fairfield Inn. Upon entering the Fairfield Inn, you are meet with the friendliest front desk staff. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. From the fresh aroma of coffee, to baked goods, oatmeal with plenty of topping options, to making your very own plate-sized waffle. If coffee is not your preferred breakfast beverage, then you will have a variety of teas and juices to select from. I hope you all enjoy your stay at the Fairfield Inn, ad much as my family and I did. You definitely won't regret your choice of a home away from home, regardless of how short or long your stay may be. "

"Staff is always welcoming & accommodating. Had and issue with a noisy dog in the room below our room; when I notified the front desk, they tried to deal with it; when that failed, they were quite willing to move us to a different room. "

"The rooms were beautiful and the kitchen had everything needed. The staff was SUPER friendly also. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub but mainly the hot chocolate which was free. It's like they died and went to cocoa heaven藍 we will DEFINITELY be back to visit again. It was peaceful and quiet. Just what I needed. I recently lost my mom a week ago and I needed to be somewhere to get my mind right. And this resort provided that. We WILL be back.❤️"
