The evening of our second night, the air-conditioning system stopped working. Unable to open a window the heat in our room became unbearable. I made several requests for a fan that qas never provided."

"Lobby and restaurant currently under construction and didn’t know until the week before our stay. We specifically picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and should have been told about the renovations when booking. Other than that and the hotel being a little dated, which they are addressing, although the rooms could stand to be updated as well, it was a good stay. Staff was excellent!"

"The room was excellent and my room was clean each and every day. The staff was ok. Their restaurant was overpriced and their menu is not flexible enough for substitutions. The space in the room was top notch. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is not on the best side of town. There is metro that you can take to the city."
