"Property was much more run down than in the photographs. My shower was broken, so I had to use it as a hand held sprayer, which was tricky as the shower stall is very tiny and narrow. The hair dryer didn’t work, etc. Breakfast is just pastries and bread with yoghurt or boiled eggs. There was a small basket with the same 5 tired looking oranges every morning. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very good. The price a bit high for the quality of the hotel."

"The location on the cliff above the beach was stunning.Beautiful panoramic views of a sandy beach and colourful windsurfers and sailing boats provided interesting entertainment.The house itself had lovely old furniture and impressive stencils decorating every room.The host had provided an excellent array of cooking pans and plentiful pretty French china .The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were good except in the top bedroom the shower could have done with a hook to hang the showerhead on.The little additional Summer house in the garden overlooking the beach was an added delight.The access to the beach through the door in the wall made going to the beach very easy although probably not suitable for older guests because of the rocks.There was an easy way to the beach along the road 2 minutes walk.Beautiful sunsets lit up the sky on several evenings.The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us with a basket of regional food.They made us feel welcome and as they live nearby are easily contactable.Pet friendly enclosed garden."
