Salle de bain vetuste notamment la douche 'à l' ancienne ' avec un rideau qui colle ce n' est pas très propre ! On pense aux locataires précédents ! Et le bac de douche trop haut et petit ! Heureusement jolie vue sur le parc avec une petite pinède et la mer. Commerces et plage accessibles à pied en 10 mn ça c'est top"
