"We reserved a superior room with views of the salt marsh and it was of excellent quality. On entering the hotel there is a fantastic aroma and it’s obvious the hotel has undergone some refurbishments fairly recently. The reception staff were helpful and very efficient, we ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and the quality of our meal was also of a high standard. The Spa is currently being refurbished and should reopen later in 2025. Car parking is easy and pretty plentiful, the location of the hotel is just a short level walk to the beach and a few minutes further to shops and a selection of restaurants. Very happy with our stay and would definitely return."

"A perfect holiday home with a fabulous host.We stayed as a family of six adults and one child; the house, gardens and surrounding area are so well presented and central for day visits.The house is very clean, beautiful in its decor, practical and extremely well thought through for the visitor! Seven bicycles; outdoor games; ping pong; BBQ etc. and a pool well beyond our expectations! Kitchen facilities were great and easy to use - best thing for us was the ice & water dispenser within the Fridge/Freezer… We felt very relaxed and safe in the house; screens around the patio can be lowered according to sun or wind and made good use of the security gates. Thank you Bertrand for allowing us to spend our vacation in your wonderful home. F, M and family "
