TYPICAL GAOU BENAT HOUSE

"Heel charmant authentiek ‘70 huis met een fijn terras en een tuin. De bomen rond het huis geven schaduw. De tuin is niet omgeven door een hek, dus wat minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen of huisdieren (die weglopen). Je loopt in 5 min naar een zandstrand over een bospaadje vanuit de achtertuin. Waterschoenen mee want er liggen veel stenen en rotsen in het water. Het huis ligt op een beveiligd domaine met andere vakantiehuizen. Aan de voorzijde ligt deze aan de ingangsroute van het domaine aan de weg. Ze rijden daar erg hard, maar doordat het huis lager ligt dan de weg, heb je weinig last van het geluid. De keuken is heel compleet muv een waterkoker voor thee. De kookplaat is gedateerd en je kunt niet teveel in 1 keer bereiden. Voor onze tieners een bummer dat er geen wifi is. Heerlijk dat handdoeken en beddengoed inbegrepen is. Let wel op extra kosten a 50.- voor de badge die je moet huren om het domaine op te kunnen rijden en de relatief hoge kosten voor schoonmaak van 120.- t.o.v. de grootte van het huis. Toen wij er waren was het 34 graden en dan is het binnen niet koel te krijgen."

"Le plus bel appartement que l’on ai loué sur Bormes les mimosas ! La vue est splendide ! L’emplacement est idéal pour pouvoir faire tout à pied.L’appartement est très bien équipé, les chambres sont spacieuses et la deuxième salle de bain est très utile !Nous reviendrons !"

"My partner and I spent three wonderful days at this hotel and had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, very comfortable, and featured a stunning swimming pool. We also had dinner by the pool, which was a lovely experience. The food was delicious, and the setting was beautiful. The only minor downside was the background music. The playlist lacked consistency, and with a more carefully selected soundtrack, it could have greatly enhanced the atmosphere. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."

"Loved it! Super tidy apartment with a perfect little kitchen to prepare meals. Lovely staff, fun pool for the kids and best of all — the most gorgeous beach with crystal clear turquoise waters just across from the hotel — literally five steps from our apartment. Pro tip - pack light, storage space is tight! And splurge on a room with a sea view."

"What a beautiful house. Fabulous design and immaculately presented. Fabrice is an excellent host and assisted us at every point. The house is very comfortable and offers a peaceful and private garden. Super quiet and simply a lovely place to stay. Excellent !"

"The property met expectations based on the listing. Marc is super nice and was so helpful throughout the planning process. The highlights: incredible panoramic views, the A/C and pool were so appreciated in the recent heatwave, spacious terraces for relaxing and enjoying the views and surrounding nature, fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, conveniently located and a short walk to village square, nightclub and restaurantsThings to be aware of: use the luggage service/shuttle to get you and your things up the hill to the villa, bring comfortable athletic shoes for moving around as the hills can get pretty steep, sleeping arrangements are two twin beds on the main level and a bigger/full sized bed up the ladder steps in the loft - we put the twin beds together. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we really enjoyed the peaceful environment."
