For extra comfort, there is also an alcove off the bedroom to spend some private time reading, relaxing or doing yoga. The open living space is complemented by a full kitchen with a dishwasher, making it easy to cook and settle in during your stay. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Located on the first floor, the apartment offers easy access and a private entrance. Guests can enjoy the shared pool and BBQ area within a secure, gated property, as well as free on-site parking.

With its central location, you’re just a short walk to Placencia’s restaurants, shops, and beach access points—no car needed.

* Construction at the neighbouring property may cause some noise, and pool access may not be as private. This is expected until July 2026.
