Casa Palma is a bit north of the busy part of the Village, so it was quiet and serene. The private beach was right off our patio and its expanse stretched right from our patio to the ocean. "Enjoyed the privacy and view from the studio. The breeze made sleeping and relaxing very enjoyable. Appreciated the paddle board and kayak. The summary of itineraries in the blue folder helped us considerably. We enjoyed our tour to Red Bank (Raul) to see the Scarlet McCaws. Went to the Cockscomb Sanctuary and floated the river and hiked to the waterfall. Ate at recommended restaurants. All in all it was a fabulous 8 days. "We had 10 friends for a birthday gathering and these units were perfect. The two units are connected by balcony and can sleep 12 people. Having two kitchens was perfect! The host met us at checkin and gave us a run down of facility and the best places to eat. We were about 7 miles from downtown Placencia so the resort was nice and quiet. The shower head was not great, the wifi didn’t work (and wasn’t resolved during our stay) and the shoreline was very littered which is sad for such a beautiful place.
