Villa Cristina - Your refuge by the sea in Lámetlla de Mar

"The villa was located in a quiet coastal village, perfect for 6 couples vacationing together. The ground floor, with pool and covered patio, was surrounded by beautiful landscaping and a privacy wall. Some ocean views were visible from the second level, but the best sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed on the accessible open rooftop.The local market was only a 10 minute walk, and was perfect for fresh necessities. A full grocery store was less than a 10 minute drive away.Visitors need only bring their own personal items and drinking water.Proprieter was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The house was very clean and in great condition. We had an excellent, comfortable stay."

"Sanitaires,cuisinière et réfrigérateur très âgés et bas de gamme, belle location qui mériterait une rénovation pour remettre aux standards attendus au 21 ème siècle . Nettoyage de la piscine vite fait et mal fait gros dépôt dans le fond de cette dernière."

"Nous avons visité l'Ametlla de Mar en famille avec nos 2 chiens, jolie petite ville bordée de petites et grandes criques. L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre-ville, proche de tout. Le toit terrasse est juste au top pour profiter des débuts ou fins de journées. Merci nous reviendrons très rapidement."

"Emplacement de villa remarquable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et au pied d'un GR . Crique avec plage accessible à pied à 5mn. Belle terrasse permettant de profiter de la piscine et de la vue . Bémol tout de même : Equipements sur la terrasse vieillot et inconfortables. Pas de parasol pour se protéger au bord de la piscine . Alimentation électrique faible nécessitant l'appoint d'un groupe d'électrogène bruyant et odorant. Les équipements (mobiliers, placards, douches) ne sont pas au niveau des attentes à ce prix .Nous avons bénéficié d'un calme absolu mais attention tout de même une très grande villa juste à côté : en juin villa heureusement vide toute la semaine (sauf le jour de notre arrivée ...)."
