"When we arrived at BW in Eureka Springs, there was no power in the city due to storms and tornadoes. Pam at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, despite the stress of no electricity. She led us to our room with a flashlight, and opened our room with her management key, just reminding us to check in next morning to receive our own keys. Because the only window faces the common walkway, curtain was not left open and the room was very dark. The sheets were clean and bed was comfy but the comforter smelled of urine.
