"We booked a king suite and it looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was just a plain, very small room. This is false advertising at best. Do not get scammed by this hotel. The only positive was the front desk clerk. She was extremely kind and efficient. Her kindness is the only reason we didn’t make an issue of the room. She was just too nice to complain at. Avoid this hotel. The pictures make it look much better than it is. Also, after check in we had a staff member unlock our room and just walk on in. Very unprofessional!"

"The property is ideally located. The trolly stop is at the front door. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. If stairs are an issue for you, it might be a problem. We wanted for nothing. Check in and check out were seamless. Would definitely stay again."
