"I absolutely love this place. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Only thing I would add for improvement is inside the room. There needs to be something inside the shower to set amenities on instead of the floor. The fridge needs to placed on a table or stand and definitely needs a small microwave. I will definitely be back next year😊"

"I stayed in one of the rooms at the back of the property. Room was a very nice size, the jacuzzi style tub was awesome! Bed was comfortable. Took advantage of the breakfast the first morning and it was good. The lady looking after things was very pleasant and she kept it well stocked. Overall a very nice stay, I would recommend it."

"Cabin was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. TV was nice and great selection of channels. WiFi didn’t work well. Showers are very small. Parking is very tight if you have a pickup. But all parking is tight in Eureka Springs. Fridge and microwave worked great but there is no supplies to cook with. Have to bring your own. Very quiet. Very pretty location."

"We checked in on a Saturday spent Sunday and Monday and checked out Tuesday. They only have continental breakfast on the weekends. So Sunday morning we had their continental breakfast which you had a choice of toaster waffles or toaster waffles. The rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. I could not take a shower at night because there was no hot water and I told them upfront that there was no hot water. I let the water run for a long time, but it still didn’t get warm so I had to shower in the morning and it still took a little bit for the water to get warm. So we took off to see family after the first night when we got back housekeeping had not been to the room which that’s OK but we had no clean towels so I had to go to the office which was locked and call them to bring us some towel towels and wash rags. But other than all of that it was OK."

"We enjoyed our stay in the Spring Gate suite. The property had lots of history and is on the historical registery for Eureka Springs. Our room was very comfortable and the coffee and breakfast delivered to the room was awesome. We enjoyed one morning on the deck. Amber was very informative and available when we needed her. The trolley stop was just down the hill and for $6 you can call and go all around town to over 100 stops. We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area."
