"This is an ideal place for a family. The house is very well designed, and Mary was a wonderful host. We stayed for only one night, as we had an early morning train to catch. Mary was very accommodating and was up at 6 a.m. to serve us breakfast. The only concern we had was that this is a four-level house, and there are no elevators. If you are booked on the top floor, you will need to haul your luggage all the way up, which was not an easy task for us. It might be helpful for Mary to consider...

On our last day she saw me struggling to carry two cups of coffee to the courtyard and immediately ran to my rescue! She said, “Mr. Carl, let me help you” and took the cups and walked them gracefully to our table without spilling a drop! She then said anytime I needed to just say Analia, Help and she would be there! Such a ray of sunshine and the Hilton Garden in is so lucky to have such a great ambassador who’s very actions demonstrate the meaning of hospitality!"
