"Hi, Check In was very smooth. The room has laminated floors and was not swept or mopped. I had somebody come up and they swept the floor. You could see some liquid stains on the floor from not being mopped. Also, the nightstands and dresser top had crumbs on it so they were not wiped down either. I took my own wipes and wipe them down. otherwise the room was good. Bathroom was clean was a nice day. Not too much to choose from for breakfast."

"We had a great time and would return! Our group loved the house and it was perfect for our chill winter weekend away. We had some issues which took a moment to address but they were apologetic and took care of it quickly after finding someone to help fix the hot tub. Our one complaint is that we did notice that several doors not only do not lock but also do not stay closed which was an issue with 15 people sharing bathrooms. Also the walls are thin! Bring ear plugs!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Heron Point. It was January and I knew it would be cold, so having a hot tub, a game room and a theater were high on our list. Heron Point did not disappoint. With 8 adults and 7 children (ages 2-14) there was something for everyone. The home was spacious and clean, the theater, game room and hot tub were spectacular, and the host was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!"
