"5-Star Review We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Kimberly at the front desk provided outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit. Every interaction with the staff was positive, and the level of hospitality exceeded my expectations. Kimberly's attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made a difference. She is a tremendous asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for her excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Check-in was easy and smooth. We came for a baseball game and were within walking distance to the ball park. The room was clean with a view of the river and city. The hotel bar was a great spot to grab a drink before the game and after the game. We were very much appreciated the coffee shop in the lobby. There were so many things within walking distance of the hotel to explore which made our trip so much better we never had to move our car once it was parked. Definitely make sure to check out the pool, it has an amazing view also. The only issue we had was after we checked out we noticed on our emailed receipt that we were charged for valet which we did not use, we parked in a parking garage nearby. I contacted the hotel and they took care of the mistake quickly, they apologized and refunded the charge. Overall it was an amazing trip and we will stay here again."
