Staff were very polite and willing to help with anything needed. Room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Only thing I believe they need to work on is the orange chairs in the lobby that are pretty filthy!

The room was pretty clean, however, the shower needed to be cleaned again bc we found long black hairs on the walls in the shower. And, when we returned to the hotel on Sat. Night, we didn’t have tv. Apparently there were several rooms who were affected and ours was one off those rooms. When we checked ...

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh SW - Southpointe by IHG
Staff was nice very helpful. Hotel was beautiful had very nice decor n the rooms were clean and cozy. Only complaint which is more for hotels app is the surprise fee for deposit that wasn’t mentioned til I reached in the middle of a snow storm. Caused me to miss an entire day out of my booking.
