"The staff was certainly nice, the location was very convenient, and the price was quite low for a hotel (which is why I booked it). The only thing cheaper was a motel or something like a Red Roof Inn. So, I went with a hotel thinking it would be a bit nicer. Microtel really wasn't. The building condition was what you'd expect from an $80-$90 a night motel. So, if low price is your main goal, Microtel is about the same as a motel but costs a little more, so might as well book the motel instead."

"This place was beyond disgusting. There was hair, blood, and feces on the wall of the bathroom. Underneath the bed there were probably years of filth and crumbs. The place also smelled so bad in the hallway, lobby, and room. It was atrocious. "

"Have stayed here twice. Nice for the price. Staff is always happy and helpful. It’s a great property to Lay your head down. We didn’t need anything other than a bed and shower. Stayed for the NFL draft and get an excellent deal. Rooms were clean but hotel definitely could use a facelift. Stay on the third floor as my only complaint is you can hear people walking above you. Other than that, I’ll stay here again!"
