"The staff were so friendly. They had a very clean room available to us last minute for a great price. We got the studio which came with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop! They even had utensils, cups, plates, a toaster, pots and pans etc for us to use. It made us feel right at home. There was a great workspace available as well. The bathroom was nice and clean and I appreciated that they had liquid hand soap available and not just those soap bars that every hotel has. Only thing is that parking was an extra $5 a night but that wasn’t a problem for us. Very nice stay and I would 100% go back."

"Our family loved our stay, amazing staff, very nice and clean rooms Breakfast was delicious and we have a lot of shops and restaurants around us! Easy drive to the university of Pittsburgh, we went to visit our daughter for parents weekends and it was an amazing stay! They even offer free washer and dryer for your stay you just need to provide the laundry detergent! Will definitely stay again!"

"We were very thankful for all the help that Kirsten at the front desk provided for us. We made a mistake by booking a queen bedroom. She worked very hard to accommodate us and have us moved to a king bedroom. She was very friendly, courteous and attentive to all of our needs. She is an exceptional employee. The manager Neilish was also wonderful and personally explained, and apologized for an elevator issue and offered to help us get our bags down when we checked out. We stayed on two separate occasions in 2 weeks. We asked if we could have the same room on our return and in spite of being very busy, he saved the room for us. "
