"Appreciate all the extra security ( outer hallway doors to the parking lot) but it makes you wonder if your vehicle is safe "

"This hotel was extremely deceiving by the photos and description. It appeared to be an updated hotel but when we got there, we realized the actual hotel is more like a motel. The doors to each room are all on the outside. The room was partially updated but the carpet was aged and stained. The chair in the room had stains on it. The bedding had holes in it. The parking lot had a lot of broken glass and there was minimal grass for a pet friendly hotel. On a positive note, tthe shower pressure was great, the parking lot was very lit and the staff was incredible. "

"I got stuck with the last room that was available for the evening so I understand it wasn’t exactly the pick of the litter. However, I walked into a room that had a full ashtray, burn holes in the blankets, a half eaten muffin on the bedside table, other people’s clothes and several bags/containers of trash. If I wasn’t in such a bind I certainly would’ve said something to the guy who had the audacity to sell me the room for the night. Terrible experience. "

"Very dated in all ways. We had a room without a pullout couch. There were no pillows in the room for the bed. We went to the front desk and asked to which they replied..."we don't have pillows" How is that possible? When we used the pool on Saturday no one had been in to clean since the night before. A entire basket full of dirty towels, pool was dirty, and random items in the pool (floaties) trash on all the tables. When we went to ask for towels for the pool. They also said they didn't have any... a couple of the outlets in the room made weird noises when we plugged something into them. Paint peeling in the bathroom. "

"The room was poorly maintained, and we knew it was a pets allowed facility, BUT, we did not expect that there would be a dog in the room across from ours that would be barking all night, literally, and thattthe walls were so paper thin that I swore the dog was in our room, AND, the staff, although notified, did nothing. "
