"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

"This is an older hotel but the room was very comfortable. It is a short walk from the hotel to the main piazza and the train station so it is very convenient. There were many options for breakfast and in the evening the restaurant serves dinner although we did not eat there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again the next time I am in Montecatini."

"The property was beautiful, the staff was lovely, the facility was clean and we overall loved our stay. 4 stars were given instead of 5 because the villa said they can send our clothes (equivalent to a load and a half of laundry) to be washed, not pressed, at a nearby facility. At checkout we come to find out that a load of laundry cost us 450 US dollars. After laundering in several countries never did I expect this cost which I found to be exorbitant and felt that I was taken advantage of. I...

"This felt like staying as a guest in someone’s home. Hosts Alessandra and Guido are very welcoming. The property is so beautiful overlooking the valley with mountains to the side. We did not know there was a pool which was a fantastic surprise as we arrived in a heatwave. Dinner was a delicious pork chop on the first night and roast beef on the second.
