"I loved this hotel! I booked in for one night and stayed for four! I had booked a single room but on checking in requested a room with a bathtub if possible. Not only did I get that, but they put me in a double room! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant/bar was very nice and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"An amazing place to visit. Couldn't speak highly enough. The rooms were cozy and warm despite how large they were. The owner was a very friendly chap who instantly made you feel welcome. The grounds were great to walk around and relaxing. The breakfast staff were genuinely great people and polite. Had a warm atmosphere. The building needs renovating but knew that before arriving and reflected in the price. Would definitely return."

"Firstly Kirsty (although not the owner) is so lovely so friendly and a GREAT chef! We can’t speak highly enough of Kirsty she is a credit to the hotel. Our dog Buddy loved his breakfast sausage also each morning and we loved our breakfast another huge positive for the breakfast here. The dining area / communal seating area appeared very dated and could do with a face lift / refresh. The shower was extremely small in the room we stayed in, but overall it was a pleasure to stay here, we felt safe, we had a comfy bed and as mentioned Kirsty was so lovely looking after us during our time here Very close to Nefyn Golf club which is literally incredible - great views for dog walking and an unbelievable place to play golf. Shops, beach and pub also close by, safe and free parking and just a great reasonably priced place to stay in the north of Wales"

"Stayed at Pen y pass hostel 04/10/26-07/10/26, rooms were very clean , staff were friendly and nothing was no trouble for them , restaurant facilities were good basic food burgers pizza etc but made well , ideally located if your looking to hike up PYG/minners track , only downfall is parking, there is a car park opposite hostel £40 a day , to be honest expensive but if your here for a couple days I recommend you pre book car park."
