"Despite the name this is not a “palazzo” experience. A minimalist hotel room with the bare minimum of toiletries and very cluttered public space. I was in room 108 and woke before 5:30 am by excess noise in building. And then there is the cost of 12 euros for breakfast when they get the pastries from next door. A convenience but not worth the cost when you too can get at significantly less next door. Pistoia has other options"

"The property exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful historic Tuscan villa, next to a historic church and just steps away from a Michelin Star restaurant. The owner of the villa, Gianluca could not have been more accommodating. He supplied the house with a bowl of fruit, fresh flowers and many bottles of wine for our convenience. The restaurant owner was a dream. He and his wife made us feel at home and a part of his family.The location deserves 10 stars. You cannot do any better than this VRBO, the owner and location!Thank you for making our Tuscan dreams come true!"
