Villa Il Brio is located in the countryside, in a scenic location suitable for beautiful walks in the hills and is only 3 km from the centre of Pistoia, a characteristic Tuscan city, rich in history and monuments. Pistoia was elected 'Italian Capital of Culture' in 2017 and is definitely worth a visit.

Within a 4-minute drive you can find a shopping centre with supermarket, shops, bar and pharmacy. Children's high chairs and booster seats available, baby bouncer, children's toilet reducer. On arrival: set of personal hygiene products (cap, soap, shower gel, underwear, shampoo) plus water and fruit or vegetables from the garden. Garden care (mowing grass, watering, etc.), biological anti-mosquito treatment every 10-15 days.


On arrival at Villa Il Brio you will find a clean, holiday home with a view of Pistoia, perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. For your relaxation you will have a furnished garden, barbecue and a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can relax after a hectic day full of sightseeing. If you enjoy cooking for your family and friends, the property has 2 well-equipped kitchens with coffee maker, ovens, toasters, cookers and refrigerators, microwave oven as well as enough crockery and cutlery.

The villa is in a central location for visiting the northern part of Tuscany. In particular, at a distance of about an hour's drive you will find: Florence with its art treasures (40 Km) Pisa (50 Km) with the Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower, Lucca with its splendid city walls (45 Km) Montecatini and Monsummano with its thermal baths and grottoes (20 minutes), the high Tuscan-Emilian Apennines with its splendid mountains equipped for winter sports and for trekking and mountain-bike trips in summer. In addition, the most famous seaside resorts of Versilia (Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi) with dozens of kilometres of large, equipped sandy beaches can be easily reached in 50 minutes by motorway.
