Centrally located in downtown Pismo Beach, only a short walk to the sand. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second bedroom located directly next to the primary, has 2 twin beds. Both rooms are located on the entry level as well as a full bath and the washer and dryer. On the second level you can find a spacious living room with a sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom, and a balcony with a propane BBQ; making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The loft features gorgeous ocean views as well as an additional living space, with a sofa and TV, a twin bed, a twin trundle, and a full bathroom. In addition, this condo also comes with two covered and gated parking spots located just beneath the home.
