Very beautiful house. It was very clean and well stocked. The location is great. The roof-top deck is amazing! My only semi-comlaint would be the mattresses need to be updated.

It was a great place to stay!

We had a great trip, beautiful place in a great location with a beautiful kitchen and tons of food! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay by the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

Amazing property! Super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay! Very short walk to the beach, and plenty of chairs, towels, and toys. It’s clearly stated that there are 3 bedrooms, and an air mattress, but our family of 8 was a bit snug. Excellent communication with the property manager. I highly recommend it!

Excellent Beach Trip

Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the amenities were more than expected...snacks, games, beach equipment all an added treat. Location was perfect for walking downtown and to the beach.

Perfect Pismo Condo

Our family loves this very comfortable, well appointed, and spotless condo that is walking distance to the beach and downtown Pismo! We have rented this condo three times; it is a perfect vacation condo.

Amazing and very relaxing!

Our stay was great! The house was clean, very comfortably accommodated six adults and the amenities were far greater than expected. The owners thoughtfully left a welcome note and goodies which were a pleasant surprise. We would love to return here together or with our families. Great location and close proximity to the beach. Very very wonderful trip!

One block away from the beach!

Great house only a block from beach, rooftop patio with grill, balcony with 2nd grill, loved the arcade games and ping pong table, and proximity to everything in Pismo Beach. Walked to most places. Would stay again. Owners were easy to contact and left a nice spread of snacks for us upon arrival.

Amazing birthday well spent!

This was an amazing place to stay at. They provided much more than expected. Food, Blankets, Towels, Games, and much more was made available to us. The house was clean and felt very homey. This was a great house, with a great location, and amazing owners!

Great location

The location attached us to this property. One block to the beach. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Other than a Vrbo technology problem, we would certainly stay with this host again.

Family Getaway 8/8-8/11

We vacationed with our family of 4, my parents, my sister and her BF and and we have nothing but great things to say about Michael and Amanda’s place - perfect location, all the amenities, clean and well-kept. Our stay was comfortable and we were delighted with the snacks and welcome note they left for us upon arrival. Our boys kept busy with the ping pong table and arcade games they have in the garage and they had everything we needed for the beach - boogie boards, chairs, cooler. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

I am fairly picky when it comes to rentals and this one did not disappoint. The place is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and all the amenities you would need. We didn’t realize how limited parking would be in Pismo Beach and the location of this house made it so easy just to walk to the beach and restaurants in town. We took advantage of the amazing ocean views from the rooftop deck and could’ve stayed much longer if we could. On top if it all, the Owners took time to leave us a note and gift of goodies to make us feel so welcome from the start. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect Beach Rental

This was our second time staying in this house. It’s set up perfectly for a family with teens/young adults or multiple families. Kids spent hours playing ping pong and the arcade video games. The ocean views are spectacular and the house is centrally located. Amanda is an awesome hostess. Anything you could possibly need is available in the house. They even provide snacks for you when you arrive!

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home nothing like going on getaway feeling so relaxed and comfortable. This home had everything you can think about. Very nice of them to have the counter with food and snacks for us as we arrived and the showers all had shampoo and conditioner with body washes, that was very thoughtful. The kids really enjoyed the games they have in the garage. So close to so many restaurants, shopping, and the beach that we just walked there. Definitely will be renting this home in the future. Perfect getaway!

The location was perfect just a short 5 min walk to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay house was very clean and the ping pong table and gaming system in the garage was hit. I have a 4star in cleanliness only due to the outside grills on both levels being dirty and had lots of spider webs in and outside of the grill . I messaged the owner with my concerns and they were very apologetic, as they use an outside cleaning source to maintain home. That was my only complaint. I would love to book another stay here in the future and will recommend this home to family and friends.

Dream Vacation!

My family truly experienced a dream vacation in this home! The owners were so friendly and available from start to finish, and made our family feel special and welcomed. Every detail was covered in this pristine home, from spices and snacks, to beach gear, and everything else we needed to feel cozy and at home. Between the games, ping pong table, and huge t.v.'s, there was plenty of entertainment for our kids. Downtown Pismo and the beach were a short walk away so we didn't have to use our car which was super convenient. The decor was spectacular! We felt like we were in the Ritz Carlton of beach houses! This home is now our official destination for our annual family vacations!

Fabulous!!

Property is adorable! Everything you need is included. We felt right at home! The kids (Teens) had freedom to walk to the beach and to walk into town and we felt they were safe. We loved having our morning coffee (from the included coffee bar!) on one of the balcony’s to people watch and to see the ocean and hear the waves. We especially loved the arcade game in the garage as well as the ping pong table - great for adults and kids. The kids were able to hang out in the garage and watch movies and have fun within their own space but still within our “control”. When we come back we will definitely try and reserve this condo again!!

Great location and amenities

Thank you Mike and Amanda for being such wonderful hosts. Quick to respond and great communication. Property is as advertised: great location, clean, and updated. The beach is a block away and all of the nightlife is about 3 blocks away. Everything is within 5 minute or less walking distance. Upon arrival there were snacks provided which was a nice touch for the family. Ping pong and classic arcade machine in the garage are great downtime after a long day at the beach. Chairs, towels, blankets, toys, etc were all at our disposal. Thanks again for making this a memorable trip to a destination we visit often. Hope to be back soon.
