Beachfront Family Favorite - Pismo Shores #135

  • Discover the fully remodeled beach front 135, nestled in the beloved family-oriented Pismo Shores complex. This 3-bed, 2.5-bath unit is bathed in natural light, offering stunning ocean vistas from the master suite. The beach condo has undergone a luxurious transformation. Enjoy community amenities like a pool, spa, clubhouse, and private beach access in this secure gated complex.

    The beach house has high speed internet and a SmartTV in the living room. SmartTV apps are available for guests to access their favorite entertainment apps (such as, Netflix, Hulu). Guest will use their personal app accounts.

    Suitability: Family getaway, couples retreat. No smoking. This home does not have AC. Max 2 autos. The primary living area is at ground level, bedrooms on 2nd level. The Hoa heats the swimming pool starting Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, and the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. The spa is heated year round. The property owner will not guarantee pool or spa is operational during stay period.

    Note: The Pismo Shores complex is currently undergoing an exterior painting project. During your stay, you may experience some noise on weekdays while the work is in progress. For the most up-to-date project schedule, contact Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.

The host was welcoming, allowed early access, provided all information about the unit and responded promptly to adjusting a stick balcony sliding door.The location is right on the beach and very close to the long pier and boardwalk. Parking is in front of unit and a gate opener is provided for the car. The interior is well-done as are the bedrooms and baths.Highly recommend this property - we plan to return.

Best View on the Beach

It's the perfect Pismo Beach Location. Looking out at the pier and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. We couldn't have found a better place to rent. The property and grounds were well maintained. Great place for family or couples getaway.

Wonderful stay at Pismo

The condo was clean and well decorated. The location can’t be beat. Once we parked, we didn’t get back in the car for 4 days. You can pretty much walk everywhere you need to go. It was a bit chilly but the direct access to the beach was awesome. Only bummer was that the gas ran out in the outdoor fire table. Overall I would highly recommend!

Perfect beach location

The communication, ease of entry to the home was seamless. The quality of the home did match the high price of the VRBO. The only thing that needs improvement is new non stick pans and spatula that won’t scratch the surface. They were almost unusable. Other than that, I would recommend this location. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving Dinner with friends and family!

Great location, Beautiful View, Clean, Comfortable Condo

We had a wonderful time staying for a week at this condo with a view of the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The only disappointment was the fireplace was not available to use due to safety issue with it. The pictures showed fireplace in operation, but after booking we were advised it would not be available. Everything else was excellent, so this did not deter from our enjoyment during our stay. I recommend this condo.

Location was easily accessible to restaurants and sights for seniors and toddlers! We arrived 5 min. early and calling allowed us to access unit immediately. Beach towels, chairs, and toys available. We used the firepit, washer, dryer, and pool. We cooked most meals and the large refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and all the kitchen needs were provided. It really was a memorable stay for our family! Thank you!

The unit had great number of beach towels, chairs etc(I do wish it was listed so we would not have brought our own) The kitchen had all the pots, pans, storage containers, plates & cups for 6 people +. The beach access was perfect and the view incredible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: This condo looks exactly like it's pictured. It is clean, beautifully updated and decorated, and it is well stocked. The fact that towels, beach chairs, and sand toys for the kids are provided is such an extra touch. The kitchen is well stocked - from dishes to foil to cooking utensils and lighters - were all there. The location is excellent. Access to the beach was very easy and the neighbors are lovely! The views are fantastic, the beds are very comfortable and the layout is great. Seven Sisters does a great job communicating everything and taking care of renters.Cons: The description says that a propane grill is on sight, but it's not. The charcoal grill didn't work either. The condo is also a sanctuary in the midst of a bit of a rougher area. No safety issues at all; just don't be alarmed by the piercing and tattoo parlors that border it. There weren't a ton of food options nearby, either.Overall, this condo was absolutely worth the price, given the access to the beach and how nicely it is outfitted. And if you're considering it for the fourth, the views of the fireworks are perfect!

I previously owned one of the condos in this complex (25 years ago) and have always loved it. It has only changed for the better. The unit we stayed in was finely appointed and very well maintained. Wonderful late Autumn Stay On Our Favorite Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had both, a family and Friendsgiving experience with the friends we made while our son attended CalPoly for 5 years. It was wonderful to stay right on the beach since since I have a broken leg, and, could sit in the sun, staring at the ocean and watch my sons surf. One flew in from Montana and the other one drove down from the Bay Area. The youngest works in SLO. The Condo had everything we hoped it had. I would probably suggest adding 2 club chairs (or love seat) for more seating in main floor. A side chair for each smaller bed rooms & 2 additional side chairs would be useful for dining area as we had a dinner for 10 on 2 nights. I'm a designer, so I notice EVERYTHING. I would add a small chest of drawers in each bdrm's closet and a luggage rack or lower chest of drawers to place a suitcase on. Plus, grab bars would be good for at least one of the bathrooms upstairs. On the patio, I would add a long, narrow, outdoor counter-height bar table with 4 counter-height chairs. It would be nice to have breakfast and look at the surf. I am from Scandinavia, so I relish eating outdoors as long as I can - and, now, we are back in New England snow. The fire-pit was wonderful. Fantastic Beach Local, perfect for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying on the Central Coast and it was an amazing place for our family. Our kids are 10 and 7 and loved the sand. The beach was amazing- very long shelf so our kids could go far out and touch. Our in-laws came up for three nights as well and we had more than enough room for all 6 of us. GREAT property. Very spread out, felt calm, and the pool was perfect post ocean. If you want action it is literally steps away to the pier and tourists so best of both worlds. Highly recommend going into SLO- especially Thursday night for Farmers Market. GREAT food and fun. We also did the Bob Jones bike trail to Avila. Great six mile out and back trail, shaded most of the way. SLO, ATV in Pismo and Avila are all less than 15 minutes away.
