Highlights include kitchen furnished with cooking pots and pans, small appliances, dishes, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, luxury vinyl floors and Smart TVs throughout the condo. A barbecue grill is located on the balcony. Walk to the beach or downtown, both less than a 10-minute walk from your door.

    This condo has three levels...a garage is on the first level; the second level has the main living area...kitchen, dining room and living room area and also one bedroom and one bathroom is on this level. The top level has two bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry.

The condo was actually very lovely. It was comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed staying there. Our only complaint was while it indicated there were stairs, there were 3 of us that are almost 80 years old. There were actually 36 stairs to have to lug our luggage up in order to get to the living room and second set of bedrooms. It was almost impossible for us to manage that. For future reference I would have indicated exactly how many stairs there are because had we known that is what we would have to deal with we would not have rented this condo. We do recommend it to people who are younger and can easily manage getting the luggage upstairs. But not recommended for people who are older. Condo was in a very nice location and having an enclosed garage was a plus. Very nice condo.

Great Location & Communication

This condo was about 3-4 blocks from the main drag of Pismo shops. Location was excellent. It was very clean and the communication and check in process was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Convenient location!

Our family of 5 (including older teens / young adult kids) enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as listed and we had plenty of space. The location was convenient - an easy walk to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants.

Lovely and spacious beach house

My two friends and I had a great weekend getaway at this lovely beach home! It was spacious, clean, and super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was great too—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. While it’s tucked at the end of a quiet stretch next to an open lot (so no beach views), we felt totally safe and at ease.The host was wonderful—responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Would definitely recommend for its cleanliness, comfort, and great location

Great location with plenty of activities

This place is perfect for a family of 6 or less. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the necessary cutlery to make any meal. But most important is the location. You are literally 4 small blocks from the beach and any type of restaurant you desire. Added bonus you are a 10min walk to Old West Cinnamon rolls which are so delicious.

Nice condo, plenty of space, close to the beach

We had 4 adults and one teen for the weekend. 3 bedrooms with a lot of space. Clean condo throughout. A few carpet stains in the bedroom, but that is to be expected in a short-term rental. Check in was a breeze, the owner/manager was responsive to questions. Will stay here again!

Location location location! We parked on arrival & walked everywhere! Made notes to owner who addressed them immediately. Kitchen could use a little better supplies (many dishes chipped) but we managed & had a great visit, even barbqued for our 89 year old aunt

368 Park Ave Pismo Beach review

Mary/Marvin the hosts were excellent in communicating with us. They accommodated an earlier check-in time and offered a phone number for contact if we had any issues. The condo was nice enough and was accurately portrayed on the VRBO site. I would describe the neighborhood as "ok" and "in transition". Overall, it served our purposes.

Convenient check in via email and keypad at the front door. Friendly neighborhood with easy access to Pismo downtown and beach. Nice boogie boards and beach chairs to use in the spacious garage. Did need to get our own beach towels, shampoo, bath soap, coffee. Noise from the freeway does not allow for open windows on the back side of the condo so more fans in the bedrooms would have been great, or AC for hotter nights

368 Park Ave, Pismo Beach, CA

We had a great time in this location. Near the beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed our daily walks with the sound of the ocean. The restaurants along the boardwalk were exceptional and with the shopping downtown we truly enjoyed ourselves! We were able to park our cars in the garage. Unfortunately, this is what we found upon arrival: 1. Dark dirty spot in carpet on the first floor bedroom 2. Kitchen counters dirty & sticky 3. Hair stuck on the walls with buggers 4. Dirty refrigerator 5. Milk left in refrigerator; Ice cream left in freezer 6. Den carpet was dirty 7. Kitchen and bathrooms floors were dirty 8. Hangers: Bedroom closet first floor: 7/20 Vacuum closet: 0/10 Upstairs bedroom #1: 1/20 Upstairs Bedroom #2: 17/20 I've stayed in many VBRO properties in my lifetime. This one was not as clean as the others. The location was perfect!

The condo was clean, modestly but cutely decorated, had all the amenities we needed and was in a great location. Easy to walk to anywhere in Pismo! Having a garage was wonderful and the host was super helpful and responsive.
