This separate studio accommodation is perfect for those looking for privacy from the rest of the condo. This downstairs studio is complete with storage, a mini-kitchen and a full bathroom. Enter the living room through either the exterior staircase in the front, or head out the garage and up to the second floor. The living level features dark rich hardwood floors, gourmet granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen TV. With a full dining area, half bath, relaxing sofa, a large chair, and a corner balcony. The third level offers a large master bedroom with a gorgeous ensuite master bath, there is plenty of room for two to prepare for a night out thanks to the double sinks. There is ample closet space and a private balcony with an ocean view - fall asleep with an ocean breeze. Down the hall, find the third bathroom, and further to the final bedroom. This queen bedroom is comfy and very private, across the hall there is storage galore and laundry room. The door from the laundry room takes you up to the rooftop deck. This expansive space provides a spectacular setting to enjoy the gas BBQ, fire pit, wet bar, and wet bar. The couches and side table provide plenty of seating for enjoying the amazing weather and panoramic views of the ocean. Will definitely book this property again. The location was walking distance to everything in Pismo and didn’t have to worry about parking since there was a garage for us to use.
We loved this condo. The house was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. So close to everything in Pismo. We could walk for coffee, dinner and drinks. We were very happy with everything
