Interessante dimora storica, con arredamenti d'epoca. Buona posizione nella principale via pedonale, non lontano dalla stazione. Da tenere in considerazione, la mancanza dell'ascensore; la reception è al primo piano, le camere anche al terzo.

Palazzo antico ben curato caratterizzato da dettagli gradevoli quali gli affreschi sul soffitto. Dotato di un bagno nuovo e pulito con piatto doccia piú gabina; frigo, cassaforte e TV. Ottima la posizione visto che si trova nella strada in cui ci sono tutti i negozi per lo shopping. Poco appetitosa la colazione.

Alternative stay at Minerva hotel

We booked the Relais storico hotel but then I was told that the hotel is closed because of the coronavirus measures. Therefore we were offered another room at Minerva hotel. This building was quite old and outdated in comparison to the Relais pictures. However, the room was comfortable and there was a nice garden.

Great location and very friendly check in with Marco. We booked an economy double room which was quite small but very clean. Basic breakfast but we were told we could eat as much as we desired. Hotel is in a very old building with no lift so might not suit less able.

Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel, un accueil très sympathique et personnalisé, on se sent presque chez soi, le décor traditionnel est très agréable, la chambre est belle fonctionnel, l'hôtel est central à proximité des restaurants et des principales activités du centre historique, le petit déjeuner est plus que correct.

Helt ok hotell i centrala Pisa

Relais Centro Storico Pisa ligger på gågatan, mycket centralt i Pisa. Du går från centralstationen till hotellet på 10-15 minuter med en resväska. Vi bodde i rum 31 på tredje våningen. Ett charmigt rum med en väl tilltagen toalett. Dock fungerade hotellets wi-fe ganska dåligt ifrån rummet. Mycket lyhört, speciellt för ljud från gågatan. Bra säng, minibar och andra bekvämligheter som två stolar och ett bord fanns också. Frukosten helt ok. Transfer till flygplatsen kostar 5 euro per person och fungerade utmärkt.

Verwarmingsproblemen

Prima gelegen hotel in Pisa. Het probleem was dat de verwarming volledig open stond en dit niet te regelen was. In december was het 25˚ op de kamer en ontzettend droog. Een raam openzetten zorgde er voor dat al het nachtlawaai wel heel erg hoorbaar was.

Warm and friendly

Located right on town centre near train station and leaning tower of Pisa. The check in was amazing and was given lots of information about area. Really helpful and cheerful reception. We had lots of bags and were helped get our bags to third floor room which was clean and pretty. My whole family enjoyed stay on this hotel and at town of Pisa. At the end of th bridge next to the hotel there is small family owned restaurant. Eat there for cheap but amazing pasta and wine.

Dream-like stay, amazing!

We had the couple's suite with the in-room jacuzzi--and it was better than I had imagined! Between the relaxation and enjoyment we had in the room and the spectacular continental breakfast, we couldn't be more pleased. It was like a slice of the high life!

Needs lots of work

Very good location, sheets and towels were clean; however the rest of the hotel, rooms, doors, stairs very unpleasant. No A/C, Lobby is on the second floor, so don't recommend handicap at all.

Bel posto. Gente simpatica. L'albergo sta in un'area pedonale dove e difficile parcheggiare, e questo ha creato problemi per noi perche mio marito non puo camminare piu di 50 metri. _Si dovrebbe segnalare.
