"Breakfast outside was lovely"

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Close to piazza dei Miracoli, beautiful garden to enjoy, friendly staff."

"The house was beautiful. We loved the unique character of the house. The location was amazing - right in the walking tourist area. Host was great. She was very helpful. Great location if coming by train."

"The apartment itself was decent, mostly clean. Check in was somewhat challenging because of the key situation. We had to ask a couple staying in the same building how to unlock the door. I communicated with the host but no answer to my concerns about the front door, dead batteries for the air conditioners and other questions. You can't open windows because there are so many people walking by or were too high. Any time I had a question, no response from the host. Other than check in and check out...

"Really lovely apartment, very well situated. Lack of air conditioning meant a lot of mosquitos and it was uncomfortably hot all day and all night. Apartment very quaint and authentic but the basic facilities would benefit from an upgrade."

"Home needs some better up keep. We noticed black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, many utility plugs needed to be fixed. We found the beds to be uncomfortable and would be a good point of improvement. The room was spacious and the host communicated well and was timely. The instructions they provided to check in were easy to understand and follow. The host recommended some restaurants in the area and these were both helpful and delicious. With some better upkeep this will be a nice place to...

"Beautiful hotel, grounds are stunning and hotel room was wonderful. Thank you for the easy accommodation for the private transportation to the wedding we attended in Lucca. Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant."

"Perfect location 10 min of Pisa and Lucca, the room confi, the food is delicious and the family make you feel at home, 100% recommend"
