"Booked to stay here 2 nights following late arrival / early departure at Pisa airport. It really does only take 5 mins to walk over so very convenient. The room was clean and had air conditioning, towels provided - we didnt need anything else. Good selection for breakfast and the owners were very welcoming despite late arrival and ensured we had access to the breakfast from 5am on departure "

"Andy and Andrew are perfect hosts, so helpful and friendly. Andy explained everything to us on the map aswell. The room WOW loved it and the decor!! Everyday the fridge was topped up with soft drinks and water, very much appreciated. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and the variety was very good too. Lots of Christmas markets and an abundance of shops.The Leaning Tower was in walking distance, gorgeous area with so much to see. Thank you for a fantastic stay."
