"STAY AWAY!!!! Great hotel location. Everything else SUCKS. Giovanni is front staff in evening. He is absolutely terrible. Will never go back because of him. Zero customer service and rude. In any other countrytt, he would be fired the first day if he doesn’t get knocked out first.Day staff girl was fantastic but Giovanni needs to be banned from any hospitality business. Sad for such a great location hotel to lose business for one person. Pathetic."
