Farmhouse renovated in 2021 divided into 4 terraced houses. Beautiful terraced house. 1 km from the centre of Pirou, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced). In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Rond-point de la Lande" 8 km, sandy beach "Pirou" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Château de Pirou 1 km, Coutances 18 km, Mont St Michel à 1 heure, Iles de Jersey, Barneville Carteret 33 km.
"L'oyat", 2-room terraced house 34 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room with 1 sofabed, dining nook, TV and electric heating. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). Facilities: washing machine, dryer (extra), baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
