Quiet house in Meliniac. Court in the sun and garden in the shade. 15 minutes from the beach and shops by bike (4 adult bikes and a child provided, against deposit returned at the end of the stay).
On the ground floor: a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom, a living room. On the 1st floor: a children's room with two beds (90 * 190) and two rooms with double bed (140 * 190).
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, barbecue, wifi.
To see around: The salt marshes, the character cities like Piriac or Guérande, the aquarium of Croisic, the beaches of Ker Elisabeth or Lérat
Minimum rental for one week for 700 € from Saturday during July and August. Information and photos on website available on request

Petite location atypique

Location atypique, sympathique, dans un hameau à quelques kilomètres de la mer. Très bon contact avec Dany qui a assuré l'accueil et la fin de séjour. Un petit point de détail à noter, la pièce principale nécessite l'allumage électrique en permanence.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette maison tout en étant à proximité de la plage ,du village de Piriac et des sentiers côtiers .La mise à disposition d'une documentation touristique complète nous a aidé à organiser nos journée . Très belle région . Enormément de choses à voir ou faire et douceur de vivre bretonne.

Logement conforme à la description...très bien équipé ! De grandes chambres à l'étage... Un petit bémol sur le manque de clarté, au niveau de la cuisine... Idéalement situé ,dans la campagne...et proche de la mer Les vélos mis à disposition nous ont été très utiles pour gagner Piriac,distant de 20 mn environ et faire de jolies balades dans la forêt proche. Un grand merci à Dany pour son accueil, ses précieux conseils ,et sa disponibilité. Je recommande largement ce logement aux couples,et aux familles

Nous avons passé un bon séjours dans l’ensemble mais il y a quelques points négatifs : pas de wc à l’étage escalier sans rampe un peu dangereux pas d’emplacement pour garer la voiture Et un peu loin des commerces obligés de prendre la voiture sinon Le coin est sympathique

Quaint country house

We had a super holiday in Piriac-sur-Mer in August We were met by the lovely Dany who showed us around the property and was very helpful and prompt The house does comfortably sleep 6 people even though there were just 2 of us on this occasion. However there is only one toilet and wash basin and the single shower cubicle is very small The bedrooms are spacious and our bed was clean and comfortable The kitchen/ dining room is spacious but has little natural light but probably should expect this as it is a very old house The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed Lots of nice places to visit and as ever Piriac-sur-Mer retains its natural charm One suggestion would be to supply a long length mirror in the bedroom (for the ladies!)

Que de bons souvenirs de "Stavo Spiti"

Que dire d'une maison qui porte un si joli nom :" stravo spiti" : Qualités majeures le calme du lieu et la situation en campagne proche de la mer. Maison spacieuse bien aménagée. Un espace vert prolonge agréablement le salon bibliothèque. Des vélos permettent de découvrir la campagne par des chemins peu fréquentés. Beaucoup d'atouts pour profiter pleinement d'une grande variétés de sites très différents terrestres et maritimes. La presqu'île de Guérande est à découvrir . Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour à Méliniac
