Limpeza razoável, espaço bom. Casarão antigo reformado mas utensílios são antigos precisavam investir mais. Toalha de rosto estava bem manchada e banheiro precisava de uma boa faxina. Frigobar antigo e não fechava direito com ferrugem. Custo benefício depende se não for exigente com limpeza. Equipe de recepção simpática e educada.
