They made me feel like a close friend for whom they have known for many years! I highly recommend this hotel for the location, the decor, the food served within, the grounds (especially the patio area), and of coarse, the amazing staff. "

"We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!"
