"It was really nice , but pool was closed but overall amazing! "

"Room was not clean, there was a sticky substance on the floor, the hand towel by the sink was stained and there was a full garbage can. The property had stained carpets in the hallways and the door by the pool was always ajar. Breakfast had limited choices and what there was ran out before 7:30. No protein options unless you count cold biscuits and gravy. "

"The room was good but the bed was hard. The staff was helpful. The whole reason why I booked my stay here was because it said the pool was open. Was expecting to be able to jump in the pool and hot tub but the pool was completely drained. The hot tub was warm but the jets seemed like they was only there to move the water around. If you are going to stay here for the pool call to see if the pool is actually open"

"*Excellent customer service. *The room was clean. *The breakfast was delicious. *Nice pool and gym. **When we arrived, our bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and the body wash bottle was empty. **Overall, a very nice stay. "

"Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I slept well. Breakfast was very nice. Made to order Omelettes, waffles. The latte/espresso machine was great. Loved the stay. I would use again in a heartbeat."

"Only good thing about this property is the location. But everything else is so terrible that we would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here if they have other choices. Let’s start with the lady who checked us in. The most rudest person to be working in a customer service type of industry. She and the hotel management knowingly gave us one of the rooms which had no cold water in the bathroom and nonfunctional shower and toiles. When we found out upon checking in the frond desk lady said oh she forgot to tell us and the hotel is full so she is not able to do anything as the hotel is fully booked. She said I can talk with the manager but he will not be in until the next day. Then we find out in the morning that the manager actually had not visited the property in weeks. The most unprofessional staff and management and a terribly maintained property."
