"The breakfast menu or snacks were not always fresh or were baked goods from the day or even two days. The place was clean ! And it felt safe. The staff were all really nice ! My only concern that happened was I had my ESA/ Service animal with me who is trained and certified in her own tasks . I for charged for her. They never asked me to clarify, verify or ask me about her task and never called me back to talk to be personally. But talked to Expedia in which I booked through. Both Expedia and the hotel are not advocating for my disability law rights. I talked to the hotel multiple times and Expedia and both gave me the same answer. Just pretty upset as I booked my stay here multiple times and booked my stays on Expedia however laws were not followed. Just a bummer. "

"Everything that I had read and pictures that I saw were NOT included with the amenities. I booked a room online with a couch and got an even smaller room. My daughters and I wanted to go swimming and was told they no longer have an indoor pool just the one outdoor, ok not a problem until we went to go use the pool/ hot tub and it was disgustingly dirty. Then woke up to go downstairs and have our complementary breakfast and was told the restaurant serves breakfast until 11. I asked about the complementary breakfast that is stated online and she said they stopped doing that. So I basically paid $160 to sleep in a room use a dirty pool and hot tub and not get any of the amenities out of it. The only positive was the gal the checked up is was super friendly and had excellent customer service. Was definitely not worth the money I spent a night to stay there. "

"Did not have their breakfast, although it looked good. It's too early in the season to have the outdoor pool open. This was partially a business trip, so the convenient location was helpful. "

"Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was easy. Room wasn't cleaned well. Hole in bathroom wall. Whole place needs a make over. Worst toilet paper Ive ever used. Front counter staff was kind and receptive. With all that, the price was right. You get what you pay for. "

"The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The pool was small but clean and there wasn't very many people and we went so that was fine. The pool would probably be crowded really easy when they get busier in the summer. Good location. You can walk to the strip mall across the street and there's a movie theater also where you could watch a movie if you wanted to. I would definitely stay there again"
